Caroline began her career in optics as a trainee Dispensing Optician with Dollond & Aitchison in St Andrews before relocating to Nottinghamshire in 1995. Over the years, she has built extensive experience across all areas of the industry, including recruitment, training, multi-store management, and business ownership.
Her true passion lies in delivering exceptional customer care. Caroline is dedicated to providing a personalised experience, taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and ensuring every client finds the perfect combination of frames and lenses. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships with returning customers.
Now celebrating 40 years in the optical profession, Caroline enjoys a more supportive role, balancing her continued contribution to the industry with spending quality time as a proud grandma.
