She believes that achieving the best outcomes for patients relies on truly listening to their needs and carrying out precise, thorough lens measurements to ensure optimal lens and frame choice for clarity of vision and comfort.

Rowena particularly enjoys guiding patients through the entire customer journey — from booking their appointment to the collection of their new spectacles — ensuring a seamless and supportive experience at every stage.

As a business partner alongside Allan at the Southwell practice of Optique, Rowena is committed to providing outstanding value for money within an independent setting. Outside of work, Rowena enjoys spending time in the countryside with her two Mastiffs, making the most of the outdoors and a well-earned balance to her professional life.
